Fred brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology and has successfully founded two companies, where he notably acquired and productized IBM technology. His vision for Cybervore is to empower businesses by providing stronger, complementary cybersecurity solutions that help mitigate operational, regulatory, and compliance risks in today’s complex landscape.
Earlier in his career, Fred gained valuable experience working for two mid-sized technology companies with revenues exceeding $200 million. There, he developed expertise in engineering and technical support, product management, and customer sales.
Fred holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from DeVry University and has completed additional professional courses in sales and management. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, contributing to his community, and playing the guitar—especially while the printer hums in the background.
Steve brings over 30 years of experience in financial services to his role at Cybervore, where he leads strategy and budget planning to ensure the development and delivery of Cybervore’s flagship Fragglestorm cybersecurity software products.
Before joining Cybervore, Steve served as COO at Reed Elsevier, where he managed a $400 million IT operation. He also held pivotal roles at SIAC, overseeing system design, development, and operations, and was instrumental in building and operating the profitable SFTI service for the NYSE, which is still operating today.
In addition to his extensive professional experience, Steve has chaired industry committees and holds an Executive MBA from Columbia University, as well as a Strategic Leadership Certificate from Harvard University.
With over 30 years of experience in software engineering and multimedia technologies, David is Cybervore's technology leader and chief architect, overseeing Fragglestorm’s product development and future research initiatives. He leverages his extensive background in product development, quality assurance, and application knowledge to address the complex cybersecurity challenges of today.
David's career includes developing commercial-grade software for Digital Equipment Corporation and MCI WorldCom, now Verizon. He has also provided his expertise to financial services giants like Barclays, Swiss Bank/UBS, and JP Morgan Chase.
His commitment to quality was further demonstrated in his role as an SEI CMM Lead Evaluator for the NYC Transit Authority's Subway System. David holds multiple patents in data architecture and design, which are fundamental to Cybervore's Fragglestorm technology. He earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University.
John Vernazza is a dynamic executive with over 25 years of experience in software and managed services sales and business development. He specializes in transforming and revitalizing sales and marketing organizations, consistently driving significant sales growth and revenue. At Cybervore, John oversees the entire sales process, both online and through the Channel, ensuring that sales goals and organizational objectives are met.
Throughout his career, John has held numerous successful sales, management, and executive positions across various organizations, ranging from startups to public companies, including Tierpoint, Cervalis, Hosting.com, NYLX, and Sprint. He is renowned for his ability to identify opportunities, build high-performance teams, and consistently exceed sales targets. His strategic insight and leadership have been instrumental in leading organizational transformations and stabilizing sales teams in diverse and challenging environments.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University and has completed additional professional courses in sales and management. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, freshwater and saltwater fishing, and showcasing his culinary skills as a private chef for friends and family.
Adam, with a strong background in finance, capital management, and investment, plays a crucial role in guiding Cybervore's business growth. He offers operational and strategic advisory services as Cybervore expands its capital investment.
As a co-founder of The 614 Group and Cold Creek Technologies, Adam brings expertise in M&A advisory, management consulting, and technology firms. This makes him a valuable asset for Cybervore's shareholders in maximizing profitability.
Adam holds a BA from Columbia University, an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business, and serves as an advisor to Corestream Inc. and Openbox LLC.
Andrew Grotto wears multiple hats, serving as the William J. Perry International Security Fellow and founding director at Stanford University's Cyber Policy Center. He's also a visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution.
Andrew's expertise spans advising global clients on digital risk issues such as cybersecurity, AI/ML risk management, and data governance. Notably, he holds the role of Security Director at Slamfire, parent company of Turtle Rock Studios, creators of Back4Blood. Prior to Stanford, Andrew advised two U.S. Presidents on cybersecurity and technology innovation.
His educational background includes a BA in Philosophy from the University of Kentucky, a Law Degree from U.C., Berkeley, and a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard University.
